No. DH Launch for Real Estate is built for brokers: independent brokers and brokerage firms. You list the projects you're authorised to market, from any developer, under your own brand. (Developers: we build launch sites too. See the developer demo.)

Yes. Resale units sit inside their project's brochure as unit cards: type, BUA, floor, delivery, what's paid and what's left. We add up to 20 per brochure at launch; after that, the Care plan covers updates. Instant Offers can lay out a resale offer too: the amount paid, the over-price and the remaining instalments.

You do, from the developer's official price list and payment plans: the same files you already get. We load them during setup. When the developer issues a new price list or plan, send it over and we update it within 1 working day. Up to 4 updates per project a month are included.

Yes, for any project whose payment plans you can share with us: villas, apartments, chalets or commercial. We set up each project once (down payment, instalment frequency and term, maintenance, other fees, delivery date) in your brand. After that, every offer for that project takes seconds.

Yes. Each consultant gets their own login, and their name and WhatsApp number go on the offers they send. Pay per consultant, or take the Team plan for up to 10. Bigger team? We'll quote you.

Yes. Your price lists, offers and clients' names are yours. Each brokerage has its own separate setup. Nothing is shared with other brokers or other DH clients, we never contact your clients, and our team only opens your account to support you. Your website sits in a hosting account in your name. If you cancel, we delete your data after 60 days, and you can ask for an export before that.

Yes, as long as the developer allows it, and most give brokers a marketing kit for exactly this. You confirm you're authorised to market each project and to use its materials; we design around them.

Yes. Most brokers start with the Broker Site and add a masterplan or Instant Offers for their top project later. Instant Offers also works on its own, without a site. A masterplan lives on a Digital Brochure, so it needs a Broker Site.

You own it. The domain is registered in your name, and the site is hosted free in a Cloudflare account in your name, so there's no monthly bill for the site itself. Monthly costs are optional: Instant Offers, and the Care plan if you want us to keep adding projects and updates for you.

Yes: live 7 working days after your deposit and a complete brief (your projects, files, price lists and payment plans). If we're late for reasons on our side, we refund 20% of the Broker Site price and still finish. Masterplans and offer setups for up to 3 projects go live in the same sprint when their files come with the brief.
